The After Party

Here i am sitting in my New York bound flight enjoying a wonderful combination of a 2 hour delay, a screaming child that appears to have lungs an opera singer would be proud of, a very nervous puppy trying to bark his way out of his situation and finally just enough turbulence to make me nervous. Being in this situation I'd rather remember a happier memory, my favorite photo-shoot of 2010.

It started with the name of the concept "The After Party" showcasing a night of craziness concentrated a few small stories while our protagonists survived the night keeping most of their clothing on.

The shoot itself was a lot of fun. Before the first shot was taken I got everyone together and made sure we all understood what we wanted to create. Being a skin heavy image, it's always important to insure everyone involved is on the same page.

For the shoot itself, The group was delightful to work with and willing to oblige once the skin showing part of the photos was due, my favorite was the guy that proclaimed since he was to be nude, he might as well start stripping early, I'm sure liberal amounts of whiskey helped him reach that conclusion.

I'm quite glad with the result of this photo, it's one of my most ambitious shoots and the first time I work with so many elements in a photo. It's the type of shoot you reach your home just itching to publish it and lamenting having to wait so long before they can be shown
